What are the advantages of instructor led training?

The main advantage of instructor led training is that the student gets to interact with the instructor, ask questions, and ask for further explanation when things are not clear. Sessions are offered in a more structured environment. Many people find it easier to learn in this type of environment compared to trying to learn them by themselves. Another big advantage of instructor led training is the opportunity to interact with other students that are in the same position you are. Many students say they learned as much from interacting and working with the other students in the class as they did from the instructor. It is also a great place to network.

How far in advance do I need to register for a programme?

The sooner the better, as our programmes are generally fill up fast. If you have any concerns about the availability of a particular class, you can contact us via email at [email protected].

Who are the Instructors?

Our instructors are drawn from all walks of life – men and women who have mastered technical and management disciplines and have many years of work experience in public, private and NGO sectors. They are dynamic presenters and dedicated to the success of their students. Most of our instructors are bilingual.

What skills or background education do I require to take part in the programme?

It depends on the course or programmes you want to attend. Most of our short courses have no formal entry requirements and are open to all students. Our courses are delivered in English, so a level of English is required to attend our programmes. Apart from the skills, you must have basic technical and computer knowledge and are enthusiastic about learning and implementing new concepts.

Do I need any advance preparation to attend courses, seminars and workshops?

Some of our programmes are very technical and designed for people from specific backgrounds. As such general people might find difficult to follow the programme. If you do not have the adequate prerequisites knowledge of the topic, it is strongly recommended that you learn the relevant materials in advance to get the most out of the course. This way you will be in a better position to understand programme facilitators’ instructions and can ask specific questions relevant to the topic.

Can you deliver a course at my location?

Training programmes for organisations are normally run at their places. But due to Covid situation we cannot confirm this. We are happy to discuss if you have any specific requirements. Please send us an email with your brief requirement.

What if I miss part of the course due to illness or emergency?

You must attend the full session to receive a completion certificate. In case of illness or unavoidable emergency, we may schedule a make-up day.

Is there any dress code to attend programmes?

There is no specific dress code needed, but we require all participants to wear modest and decent dresses.
